Holyoke Housing Authority

The Holyoke Housing Authority was created in 1969. The mission of the Holyoke Housing Authority is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment free from discrimination. The Holyoke Housing Authority shall provide decent, safe, and sanitary housing and a suitable living environment for eligible families, elderly and disabled, in a manner that promotes serviceability, economy, efficiency, stability of the project, and promote equal housing opportunities and the economic and social well being of the families.

The Holyoke Housing operates 30 public housing one bedroom apartments and 12 Section 8 new construction one bedroom apartments. Rent is calculated at 30% of adjusted gross monthly income.
