MISSION STATEMENT

 The mission of the City of Holyoke Water & Wastewater Department is to plan, evaluate, and implement programs for the provision of safe potable water and the treatment of sanitary sewer.





 VISION STATEMENT

The Department’s vision is to efficiently and effectively operate the water treatment plant, water distribution system, wastewater collection and wastewater treatment plant for the benefit of the citizens of Holyoke and in compliance with regulatory and standard practices set forth by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.  We will continue to provide for the betterment of water & wastewater systems through better management, operation and maintenance programs.
