Commander William "JR" Myers

  
JR came to the Holyoke Police Department in April 2020 after serving as the Undersheriff with the Phillips County Sheriff's Office. He possesses a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration with over 19 years of law enforcement experience. JR is also a combat veteran of the US Army serving in Operation Iraqi Freedom. JR will serve as patrol supervisor and will assume various administrative duties in support of the Chief of Police.



Patrol Officer Mary Winterrowd

Mary joined the Holyoke Police Department in December 2016. She has an Associate's Degree and Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. Mary is Holyoke Police Department's School Resource Officer.


Patrol Officer Wyatt Bishop

Wyatt joined the Holyoke Police Department in June 2020 after previously working for Logan County Sheriff's Office and the Phillips County Sheriff's Office prior to that. Wyatt has 3 years experience in Law enforcement, and has had many responsibilities and opportunities in that time, including serving as a K9 handler, and was deputized as a Special Deputy United States Marshal in 2019 serving on the US Marshal's Violent Offender Task Force.


Chaplain Dan Kafka

Dan earned a degree in Biblical Studies from Sunset International Bible Institute in Lubbock, TX. Dan works full time as a Chaplain with the Colorado Department of Corrections at the Sterling Correctional Facility.  Dan is the pastor at the Holyoke Church of Christ. Dan hopes to bring his experience in CDOC to Holyoke Police Department by serving the people of Holyoke with respect, honoring the authority God has placed in law enforcement, giving all the glory to the One who gives meaning to life.
